I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn in Knoxville for a short business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for my needs. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially the delicious pancakes. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and I had a comfortable night's sleep in the cozy bed. The TV had a good selection of channels, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. it was a great value for the price and I would highly recommend it.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Room was minuscule and needed to be painted. Noisy and had no insulation. Fortunately the heater worked.

Gerard
The price was reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and close to good restaurants. The staff at the front desk were polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the area.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was improving the coffee.

The breakfast served was adequate, everything you could wish for, with biscuits and scrambled eggs, as example. Location: the hotel was so close to several stores and restaurants in the area and Knoxville, TN and main streets, grocery store.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to nice restaurants and in the center of everything. The room is efficient and well-designed, with a TV above the cupboard and a daybed near the window for an extra person. The large mirror gives an open feeling and the air conditioner is built under the daybed for efficiency. The breakfast provided is decent and the price is reasonable for the essential amenities offered.
The staff wasn't very inviting.

This hotel was really great for the amount of money we paid. Me and my wife were just looking for a place to lay our heads after a long trip and they did not dissapoint. Staff was great and made sure we were taken care of.
First room we moved into had mildew in the bathroom but the staff switched our rooms immediately with no problem.
